Un Emplacement Exceptionnel - Tunis

We loved our stay at Un Emplacement Exceptionnel. It's located in a local neighborhood with a big roof terrace and beautiful views over the surrounding area. The apartment is well equipped, safe, and clean. Karim, our host, was extremely hospitable and made us feel at home. The communication with him was excellent. The location is convenient, with short walks to both a supermarket and the TGM train, which can take you to Sidi Bou Said or other destinations.

We had a great experience staying at Un Emplacement Exceptionnel. the apartment was extremely clean with good air conditioning, making it very comfortable to stay in. the kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated being able to cook our own meals. the view from the top floor was beautiful, especially in the morning sun. Mr Karem, the owner, was a true gentleman and very friendly. He gave us excellent advice on the best places to visit and where to find delicious local cuisine. We really appreciated his recommendations as they were spot on. Cons: N/A.

I had an amazing stay at this exceptional location. From the moment I made the reservation, the communication was fantastic. the host met me at the property and was incredibly friendly and helpful. the apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and had parking right outside. the quiet neighborhood was convenient, with a supermarket and bakery just a minute's walk away. What impressed me the most was the host's generosity - they even took me to the ferry terminal for my trip to France. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and convenient location. Cons: Nothing, all great! 👍.
